With 100 mobile, factory trained service engineers locally based in the South East region, we are able to provide a rapid and effective response. The service engineers are equipped with a mobile interactive data system which gives them on-line access to the central parts store inventory. Each service vehicle also has a parts inventory which reflects the local truck pool and combined with the service engineers local knowledge of the equipment, high first time fix ratios are achieved. A range of bespoke planned maintenance packages is available and subject to fleet size and contract value, 24-hour service agreements are offered.

Strategically located at Basingstoke within the South East region between the M3 and M4 motorways, the Linde central parts warehouse enables us to maintain 97% parts availability within 24 hours. Where circumstances require it, parts are delivered over night directly to our service engineers vans.

The courses are available either on site or at the Linde regional centres.
